MISSION TYPE 2: SURRENDER PREVENTION (SAFETY NET)
→ Absolutely have to surrender your dog?
→ Call Pack Ops FIRST, not the shelter.
→ We'll take your dog and find them a real home.
MISSION TYPE 3: RESCUE DEPLOYMENT (INTERVENTION)
→ Know a dog in abuse, neglect, or immediate danger?
→ Report it. We'll assess and deploy if needed.
→ Confidential reporting. We investigate, then act.
